A general home inspection is $500

Large homes over 4 bedroom or multi-unit housing may be charged extra by the hour

A Farm inspection includes the home and yard. Any out buildings such as barns, storage, shops, bins, and corrals are additions fees which will be quoted to the client before the inspection begins

Commercial and industrial properties start at $500 and depending on size and amount of  areas to be inspected addition charges begin after 3 hours.  Any charges by sub contracted licensed professionals are the responsibility of the client

Our service area is a 160 km circumference around Swift Current.  Our inspectors will go anywhere they are requested in the province.  There may be an addition travel fee added to the pricing

All residential inspections are to be paid in full before the inspection begins unless other arrangements are made in advance

​

The client is permitted to join the inspector at the property.  The inspection shall be done alone.  For safety and security the client shall wait for the inspection to be complete. Should there be any questions or a major defect is found the inspector shall bring the client inside and show the client the defect. If the property is vacant.  Then the client is welcome to join the inspector.  ​
