Our inspectors undergo extensive training and certification through the respected InterNACHI college, an internationally recognized leader in property inspection training. Each inspector possesses at least 25 certificates, demonstrating their expertise in all aspects of property inspections.

While we are trained professionals, it’s essential to clarify that we are NOT provincial code inspectors; our main objective is to identify and report any potential issues that may require you to hire a licensed professional to make corrections. Your peace of mind is our top priority.

Our team is dedicated to the professionalism of the properties inspection. We are there to inspected the property with all fairness and discretion NOT based on Gender, Race, Religion or Handicap. We are there to assess the property not the property owner or client.
Your privacy as the client and the seller are important to us. It is important to remember as the seller of a home that inspections can get intrusive to your private spaces. Dressers, clothing area and closets will NOT be opened by an inspector. In the case of finding the source of a leak a closest may require to be opened. Hundreds of photographs of your property and its contents may be taken for the inspection process. Please put away valuables and other items or material you DON'T wish to be in a picture.
Our inspectors will evaluate the safety of every inspection. They will only perform the inspection when it's safe to do so. Every inspector is required to be in possession of PPE required to perform all tasks in a safe manner. If weather , time of day, aggressive pets, or unsafe property conditions are observed there may be a restriction of inspection services.
All reports are written by the inspector who conducted the inspection. NO AI, or third part apps, websites or social media will be involved in the preperation of the inspection report. All information about the client, seller, and property are 100% confidential and will not be shared or sold to any party other than the client.
A home inspector will be hands on during their inspection, items such as rails and knobs may be man handled. Plumbing fixtures and taps, toilets and shower doors will be tested under normal conditions. Any damages that occur from general use situations are solely the responsibility to the property owner. If the item fails under normal usage it was a defective safety feature to begin with.
All walkways, work areas, access points and areas to be inspected must be clear of snow, furniture, obstructions. Any falls due to the property's condition is the responsibility of the property owner who can be held liable for injury due to negligence.
ANY pets that may cause injury are the responsibility of the property owner. We ask that dogs are taken from the property and cats be put in a carrier. Some aspects of the inspection can NOT be performed if it is deemed unsafe due to aggressive animals.
